Welcome to Dyslexia & Co! I'm an experienced and accredited specialist assessor and dyslexia/SpLD expert based in South West Wales. I offer a fast, professional and competitively priced service for:

assessments:  full diagnostic for DSA, workplace, exam access arrangements (JCQ, Pearson, Cambridge technical, City&Guilds) bespoke to requirements.

professional reports:  suitable for DSA applications, reasonable adjustments in the workplace etc.

training: inhouse formal training, small group training, supporter/colleague mentoring, awareness raising, interactive workshops

general consultancy : personalised or general advice, support strategies, programmes, intervention and teaching recommendations

What's my background?

​

​

  • Over 25 years experience assessing and teaching individuals of all ages & in many situations with dyslexia, speech, language and communication and other neurodiverse conditions.  

  • Specialist experience in working with young adults/adults (post-16 to 60+).                                                

  • Extensive experience in delivering training, course design & presentation, awareness raising, practical workshops with a person centred focus. All levels - informal interest groups to accredited postgraduate level. 

 

I  keep up with the latest developments in the area of Dyslexia and neurodiversity in learning by reading, attending training and actively networking with groups of like-minded professionals and researchers.. I a a professional associate for major national dyslexia associations, and take care to attend only CPD which has the highest levels of quality-assurance. So, you can be confident that my assessments and professional practice are always in line with well-founded up-to-date thinking and best practice in the UK.

Where?

Dyslexia&co is based in beautiful Gower and travel to your place of study or work is included for the first 20 miles (one way).
